This Grizzly Red son offers massive power and performance, an awesome disposition and breed leading foot structure. A maternal brother sold to Clay Ridge Farms, two maternal sisters sold to JSJ Livestock and we have a third one here who’s just calved for the first time. Baton Rouge is about as long bodied as they come and his mother is one of our bigger cows who just had a full brother to Baton Rouge. These factors make his birthweight totally acceptable for us and we’ve seriously considered keeping Baton Rouge ourselves if we weren’t using Grizzly so heavily already. Remember, the best power bulls don’t start at 70 pounds!
